PORTABILITY: The portability of personal data is defined by the CNIL (National Commission on Informatics and Liberty : An Independent French administrative regulatory body) as the right of a human being to recover his personal data for the purpose of storing and transferring it to another body.
GDPR : refers to the European General Data Protection Regulation signed on the 27th of April, 2016 and is part of the French law system since the 25th of May,2018.
USER : In the current GTC, the term USER refers to the VISITOR asking the firm for a quotation regarding a proposed service.
VISITOR : designates any person who visits the website Noces Italiennes from time to time without wanting to create an account with a profile or ask for a quotation. The GTC is also applied here.

Any use, reproduction or representation by any means whatsoever on any platform whether all of or part of the site/or its components is not authorised without the consent of Noces Italiennes.
All other photos appearing on the site are the exclusive property of its partners and Noces Italiennes does not hold any rights on them. They benefit from the protection of the International Intellectual Property Law. You do not hold the right to use or reproduce the partners’ photos without their consent. Please refer to the various partner guidelines regarding the use of these photos.

ARTICLE 4: PROCESSING AND STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA

In general, you can visit our website without having to indicate your identity or provide personal information. However, we may sometimes ask for information about you; for instance, to respond to a quotation request or to establish a correspondence. We may also ask you to complete such information to go ahead with a transaction or to offer you a better service. In order to apply for a job at Noces Italiennes, your personal data will also be required. This will allow us to get in touch with you and better evaluate your application.
The requested information is optional and is subject to a computerised processing for administrative purposes and Customer Relationship Management. The legal basis is Article 6.1.a of the European regulation on the protection of personal data (consent).
